Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Healthcare

Medical Front Desk Receptionist
Hours: Mon-Fr (5/8.5hr shift between the hours of 7am-7pm)
Organization: New York Health (NYH)-Urology
Be responsible for the daily opening and closing procedures of the office.
Assist in comforting patients and maintaining reception area.
Answer telephones; Collect co pays and balance total finances of the office on a daily basis.
Assist with the daily distribution of quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings.
Maintain daily operations of the office by following standard policies and procedures
Perform tasks as assigned for special projects.
High School diploma with at least 2 years of patient facing reception experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
Starting at $24 per hour
