Experienced Spa Desk Concierge/Reservationist

Responsibilities
- Greeting clients upon entrance and exit of the spa and seeing to their individual needs
- Booking appointments via telephone and in-person on Book4time scheduling system
- Keeping retail & spa areas organized and presentable
- Confirming appointments on a daily basis via telephone & email
- Assisting with regularly scheduled inventory count
- Maintaining knowledge of spa services, products, and technicians
- Collecting, assessing, and organizing client database
Qualification Requirements
- Proactive, with excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- LQA, Forbes Knowledge a plus
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task
- Luxury spa or hotel experience preferred; luxury retail experience helpful
- Computer savvy; previous knowledge of Book4time and Opera software platforms preferred
- Must be able to work early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays
- Most importantly, friendly, polished and positive personality
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
