Your Role

You'll deliver elite, one-on-one physical therapy using next-generation diagnostic tools like HRV assessments, neuromuscular mapping, and TECAR therapy to uncover root causes and produce results that turn patients into lifelong advocates. You own your outcomes, build your community, and define your niche.

Compensation

Total Maximum Package Value Range: $91,000 to $115,000/year (Includes base, milestones, and core benefits)

Base Salary: $67,000/year (paid semi-monthly)

Performance Milestones: Up to $2,000/year in additional installments based on visit volume — with uncapped upside beyond the annual goal

Sign-on and Training Bonus: Up to $7,000 paid in installments

Longevity Bonus available every 2 years

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and valid Colorado PT license
• Strong foundation in manual therapy and movement-based assessment
• Driven to learn and grow in your professional abilities
• Genuine interest in individualized assessments and prescription
• A "Peak Performer" attitude: results-driven with a team mindset, and eager to help patients achieve freedom at home, work, and play.
