We are seeking a high-impact General Manager to oversee regional operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead multi-site teams, drive performance, and ensure our commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence. Your Mission & Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, and financial performance within your assigned region. Lead and mentor plant managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure efficient, on-time dispatch and delivery of ready-mix products. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and uptime. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving complex issues with professionalism and urgency. Use data and technology to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational improvements. Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites. Manage regional P&L, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of SRM Concrete. What Sets You Apart 7+ years of experience in ready-mix, construction, or project management roles. Proven leadership and operational management background, preferably in a multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of plant systems, dispatch, logistics, and maintenance best practices. Customer-focused, data-driven, and comfortable leveraging technology to improve results. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and integrity in all aspects of your work.
