Construction Manager

Summary

The Construction Manager leads all reconstruction operations, overseeing Project Managers, craftsmen, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing projects, supporting profitability, and delivering a strong customer experience. The role supports marketing and sales efforts by helping develop and grow a book of business and maintaining key client relationships.

The Construction Manager manages the middle of the P&L through regular project financial reviews, ensuring jobs stay on budget and aligned with company goals. This position negotiates with subcontractors and clients to set expectations, protect margins, and maintain a high level of service. This individual provides daily oversight of operations, reporting on project performance, and serving as an accessible resource to the team—offering guidance and support whenever needed.

Requirements

• Success leading a consumer-focused construction team
• Restoration industry experience, preferred not required
• Drive to expand the business and provide stellar customer service
• Ability to energize and motivate others
• Execute multiple plans simultaneously and pivot quickly
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication
