Job Title

Minimum Requirements:

1. Current RN license in state practicing
2. Current CPR if applicable
3. TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
4. Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
5. Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
6. Must be at least 18 years of age
