Key Responsibilities – Corporate & Commercial Law Mergers and acquisitions Business and share sales and acquisitions Corporate restructuring and governance Commercial contracts and trading agreements Shareholder and investment agreements Strategic business advisory work Build and maintain long‑term client relationships Support junior lawyers and contribute to team development Help shape the direction of the corporate department Your Profile Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales) Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law Typically 3+ PQE+ Looking for a long‑term platform Location Based in Exeter with hybrid working. Suitable for candidates in Devon or those relocating to the South West seeking better work‑life balance without sacrificing career progression.
