Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr My client is seeking a General Manager to join their organization out of the Rochester, NH area. In this role you will lead and oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficient production, cost control, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires strong leadership to manage teams, optimize processes, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. My client is a leading contract manufacturer specializing components for diverse industries. They pride themselves on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. As they grow and expand their project portfolio, they are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team and drive process optimization and new product introduction initiatives. Description Direct and manage daily operations to ensure seamless production and achievement of organizational goals and KPIs. Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards. Champion site safety programs, promoting safe practices and a strong safety culture among employees. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and minimize production waste. Design and implement training programs to maintain operational excellence and adherence to company standards. Assess staffing needs and optimize scheduling for maximum resource utilization. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to build a motivated, high-performing team. Resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure timely delivery to customers. Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA is a plus. Certifications in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma preferred. Experience with data analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role, preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of business operations, process optimization, and supply chain management. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency with operations management tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel). Skilled in budget management, cost optimization, and expense tracking. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
