Sales Representative - Monterrey

- Identificar oportunidades de venta y llevarlas a buen término mediante la coordinación con las áreas funcionales de la empresa.
- Gestionar el desempeño de ventas y márgenes de las cuentas asignadas.
- Administrar conjuntamente la fijación de precios de las cuentas asignadas.
- Colaborar con las partes clave para garantizar la disponibilidad adecuada de productos y evitar inventarios excedentes.
- Cumplir las iniciativas y objetivos establecidos de ventas y margen.
- Analizar y perfilar nuevas cuentas potenciales.
- Elaborar el pronóstico anual de ventas y márgenes de las cuentas asignadas.
- Colaborar con los gerentes de departamento para resolver problemas e impulsar la mejora continua.
- Visitar las instalaciones de los clientes y asistir a ferias comerciales cuando sea necesario.
- Desarrollar un conocimiento amplio, detallado y profundo de cada cuenta asignada.
- Monitorear las cuentas, analizar las ventas perdidas y tomar medidas correctivas de manera proactiva.
- Mantener una coordinación de alto nivel con el área de Servicio al Cliente para garantizar los niveles de servicio.
- Proporcionar a la dirección retroalimentación de la cartera de clientes y comunicar las áreas que requieren atención, como niveles de servicio, información relevante de la industria, presiones del mercado, entre otras.
- Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo de la industria, el mercado, la línea de productos y la competencia.
- Desarrollar un nivel competente de conocimiento y manejo de todos los programas informáticos necesarios para el desempeño de las funciones del puesto.
- Garantizar la resolución oportuna de las inquietudes de los clientes relacionadas con precios, entregas, calidad y garantías.
- Promover un entorno de trabajo colaborativo, fomentando la comunicación efectiva y las iniciativas de capacitación cruzada para mejorar la productividad, versatilidad y desarrollo de habilidades del equipo.
- Realizar las responsabilidades y tareas adicionales que le sean asignadas por la dirección.
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Dirección de Ventas o un campo relacionado.
- Mínimo cinco años de experiencia en ventas, preferentemente en el mercado de repuestos automotrices.
- Dominio de la gestión de proyectos, planeación y organización, con enfoque en el cumplimiento oportuno de las tareas y el uso eficiente del tiempo.
- Capacidad para diseñar presentaciones dirigidas a clientes y presentar reportes, análisis y resultados.
- Habilidades efectivas de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para dirigirse a grupos de clientes y/o empleados.
- Capacidad para generar soluciones creativas ante desafíos y conflictos complejos, manteniendo una actitud positiva y orientada a resultados.
- Alto nivel de precisión, atención al detalle y calidad en los entregables.
- Dominio de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, como Excel, Word y Outlook.
- Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 75 % del tiempo, incluyendo estancias nocturnas y fines de semana.
