Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Job Overview
Drive sales growth by developing new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and supporting the sales of cutting and fabrication tools to manufacturers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through customer outreach and cold calling.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Visit customer locations regularly across the Columbus area.
- Coordinate meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Address customer issues and support problem resolution.
- Monitor territory sales performance and achieve sales targets.
- Learn and understand the products handled.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support sales activities.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Sales or customer support experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Some level of Japanese language ability.
- Ability to regularly travel to customer locations.
- Ability to lift 15+ pounds.
