Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

As a Dispatch/Customer Service Representative, you are a key member in upholding our service standards to provide the highest level of customer service. You are responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements, and dispatching technicians to jobs. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Enter call details accurately and promptly into Service Titan.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services based on customer requirements.
• Dispatch technicians to job locations efficiently.
• Communicate with field technicians regarding job details, changes, and customer needs.
• Close out completed jobs using information provided by technicians.
• Coordinate any schedule delays with both customers and service technicians.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and meet customer needs.
• Make customer follow-up calls.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Minimum one year of office/phone experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional data entry skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturday or Sunday shift.
