• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office database.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or client services role is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
• Hardworking, energetic, quick learner
• Ability to analyze problems effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Computer Typing skills in chats, word and excel.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
