Construction Reality Capture Technician

We fly drones, perform 3D and laser-scanning, mount streaming webcams, and turn all of it into the visual intelligence that owners, GCs, and architects rely on. What you'll actually do Capture construction progress with the latest reality-capture tech — DSLR photography, 360° and 3D cameras, video, streaming webcams, and drones (UAVs) — across sites throughout Massachusetts and surrounding areas. Understand and navigate construction floor plans, then move through active jobsites safely while shooting steady, high-quality imagery. Run daily quality checks, produce field reports, and keep your projects organized end to end using tablets, laptops, and your phone. Be the face of Multivista on site — build relationships with project teams and spot opportunities to add value for the client. Get up where the action is: may have to safely operate scissor lifts and cherry pickers to install and service webcams. What you'll bring Real familiarity with the construction industry — whether that's trade experience, a construction management or engineering background, jobsite internships, or hands‑on time on active projects. A genuine pull toward technology: cameras, drones, software, data — you like learning new tools and technology. Comfort on a jobsites, including weather, dust, noise, stairs, and lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs. A valid Massachusetts driver's license, a clean record, and reliable transportation — you'll be on the road between sites daily. Strong organization and self‑management: you can own your schedule and hold yourself to a high standard without someone looking over your shoulder. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general comfort learning new software quickly. OSHA certified — or ready to become certified (we'll help). Bonus points (not required) Hands‑on drone / UAV flight experience — especially with a Part 107 certificate. Laser scanning or reality‑capture experience (Leica, FARO, NavVis, Matterport, or similar). Familiarity with point clouds, 3D documentation, or as‑built/BIM workflows.
