Summary
Company is seeking an HR Operations professional to support employee offboarding and separation processes. This role is responsible for administering voluntary and involuntary termination transactions, managing retirement and contract completion activities, ensuring accurate processing of final pay impacting changes, and maintaining compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities

• Process voluntary and involuntary termination transactions within Workday or other HR systems.
• Manage retirement, end-of-assignment, and contract end processes in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure completion of final pay impacting data changes and coordinate, when applicable, with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams.
• Administer separation-related documentation, including termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, and compliance forms.
• Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support a compliant and efficient separation experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of offboarding activities.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Experience processing employee separations, terminations, retirements, or related HR transactions.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Payroll and Time & Attendance functions.

• Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

• Familiarity with Workday or other HR information systems.
• Ability to manage separation and offboarding documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience supporting employee offboarding programs in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with retirement, contract completion, and end-of-assignment processes.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.08 - $35.08 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
