What You'll Do

As a Loan Processor, you'll help ensure the quality of SAFCO's loan portfolio by reviewing finance contracts and verifying the information needed to make funding decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and analyzing finance contracts submitted for funding.
• Confirming that contracts and supporting documents meet SAFCO's funding requirements and lending guidelines.
• Conducting customer and other verification interviews to confirm application information.
• Accurately entering and maintaining information across computer systems.
• Communicating professionally to resolve questions and obtain missing information.

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional telephone skills and clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and accurate data entry skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using web-based programs.
• Ability to learn and apply SAFCO's program requirements and lending guidelines.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
