Customer Relations Representative Service with a Sales Edge!

As a Customer Relations Representative , youll play a vital role in supporting our clients while also driving in-book sales through proactive product recommendations. Youll be the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel valued while guiding them toward the right insurance solutions.

What Youll Do:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, and claims support.
Educate & Advise Conduct needs-based policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage.
Identify Sales Opportunities Proactively recommend additional products that align with customer needs.
Develop and Maintain Client Relationships Be the trusted go-to person for insurance solutions.
Support Agency Growth Generate leads and referrals while promoting our services.

Licensed or Willing to Obtain Must meet state insurance licensing requirements (well help guide you through the process).
