Journeyman III – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Location: Pine Hill, AL Pay: $43.50/hour | Full-Time Join a world-class manufacturing team as a Journeyman III – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) technician. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems supporting critical manufacturing operations. You'll also have access to a paid, hands-on training program designed to support your continued career growth. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLCs, control systems, instrumentation, and electrical equipment Install, calibrate, and maintain analog and smart instrumentation, valves, and process controls Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems from 480V through 13.8kV Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, loop sheets, and wiring diagrams Troubleshoot AC/DC drives, motors, switches, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Follow NFPA 70E safety standards and support safe, reliable plant operations Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) experience At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment Successful completion of pre-employment testing, physical, and drug screening Preferred Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field 5+ years of industrial E&I maintenance experience What Makes You Successful Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Team player with a commitment to continuous learning Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally If you're an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation technician looking for competitive pay, career development, and the opportunity to work in a high-performing industrial environment, we'd like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Orion Talent
