Tomy Rivero Beauty Café is looking for a Salon Receptionist/Team Leader to become the face, energy, and heartbeat of our business.

We’re not your typical front desk. We’re a growing hybrid concept blending beauty, coffee, community, and experience — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves making people feel genuinely welcomed.

As the first person our guests see, you set the tone. We’re looking for someone with warm energy, confidence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while helping lead day-to-day operations. This role goes far beyond checking clients in and answering phones — you’ll help guide the team, maintain company standards, support business operations, and play an important role in helping us create unforgettable experiences.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Is fully bilingual (English & Spanish required)
• Has experience in management— or a genuine passion for — beauty, fashion, and elevated customer experiences
• Is open and excited to learn coffee and café operations
• Loves multitasking and staying organized under pressure
• Has strong leadership qualities and enjoys helping teams succeed
• Is a true people person with welcoming energy and a naturally helpful personality
• Understands that in a small business, all hands on deck is part of the culture — no task is beneath anyone
• Wants to grow with a company and help build something special
• Loves creating beautiful experiences and helping people feel good

Appearance & Presentation Matter

At Tomy Rivero Beauty Café, presentation is part of the experience. This position requires a polished appearance including business casual all-black attire, makeup, grooming, and an elevated personal presentation , as you are a visual representation of our brand.

Location: Uptown Manhattan – Washington Heights
+ Weekend Availability Required Saturdays / Sunday
