We're Hiring: Senior Digital eCommerce Product Owner – Strategic Accounts
Morristown, NJ | Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Start Date: January 2027
Contract Rate: $700–$740 per day
️ Contract Duration: Through December 2027
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner with a strong background in B2B eCommerce and digital product delivery to lead a strategic digital initiative focused on US healthcare institutions and large-scale accounts.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a digital product that brings together data, analytics, predictive insights and seamless eCommerce experiences to help customers make better-informed decisions and improve their buying journeys.
Experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare or manufacturing would be particularly valuable.
What you'll be doing:
- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning delivery with business objectives.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, creating clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business leaders, software engineering, customer experience and wider digital teams.
- Lead the rollout of an MVP, using KPIs and stakeholder feedback to measure impact and guide future development.
- Ensure product quality, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements are built into delivery.
- Coordinate releases, manage integrations with SAP ERP and other digital initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- An advanced degree in Science, Business or Engineering.
- Proven experience leading B2B eCommerce products and delivering business IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare institution market, including commercial drivers, competition, regulation and operational needs.
- Experience with digital product, portfolio or programme leadership in commercial systems.
- Knowledge of eCommerce solutions, including contracting, pricing, data and AI-driven analytics.
- Exposure to health information technologies and EHR platforms such as Epic.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, global matrix organisation.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have: Pharmaceutical industry experience across commercial, market access, trade, medical or supply chain functions, plus French or other languages.
