About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead the strategic expansion of its digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, enterprise-level growth strategies that align with the company's mission. This role demands a growth architect with a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS or healthcare technology companies, particularly in the post-acute care space. The Chief Growth Officer will be the key driver of market expansion, connecting the dots across health plans, suppliers, clinicians, and technology channels to unlock new enterprise value. They must be adept at identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, as well as leading the go-to-market strategy for new verticals and services. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have at least 10 years' of experience in operating, strategy, and execution, with a focus on growth and revenue. The role requires a master of collaborative influence, capable of guiding and aligning senior leaders across various functions. Deep fluency in healthcare and payor systems is essential, as is the ability to translate clinical and structural value into enterprise revenue. The ideal candidate will be analytically rigorous, data-driven, and comfortable with long-cycle enterprise initiatives.
