Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Sam's Club #6619 – 951 N Milliken Ave, Ontario, CA 91764-5008 Position Summary Prepared meals and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members, following recipes and ensuring high‑quality products. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise, maintain temperature control, and assist members with bakery orders. You will also maintain clean, sanitized, and safe work areas. What You'll Do Prepare food according to item specifications and plan future productions. Maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food. Wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep products fresh. Keep the prepared foods area clean, organized, and in compliance with food‑safety standards. Assist members with orders and provide a friendly shopping experience. Use digital tools to support production, training, and quality decisions. Drive performance of the area by managing stock, rotating merchandise, and eliminating waste. Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to address improvement opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Food Service experience. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $19.00 – $27.00 (actual rate may be higher). Performance‑based incentives and premiums ($0.35 – $3.00 per hour).
