Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will provide vital support to our office operations, assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for key personnel Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements Perform other general office duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) High school diploma or equivalent Working Conditions This is a temporary, office-based position with a standard 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. The work environment is low-risk, with minimal physical demands. Compensation and Benefits $20 per hour.
