• They are looking for an HR Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team and help support the recruiting process from job posting through hire.

Responsibilities:

• Post and maintain open positions on the company website and recruiting platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and help match candidates with open positions.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Communicate with hiring managers regarding candidate status and interview scheduling.
• Conduct professional reference checks.
• Maintain accurate and confidential recruiting records.
• Assist with other HR projects and administrative duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of follow-up.
• Self-starter who can work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with an ATS or HRIS is a plus.

$55,000 - $65,000
