HR Coordinator

Reporting to the HR Consultant, you’ll have full ownership of the organization’s recruitment lifecycle. This will include finalizing job descriptions, posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. You’ll manage the pre-employment process, including eligibility documentation. Additionally, you’ll facilitate onboarding, back-up payroll, and you’ll be the point of contact for questions regarding employee benefits. The team is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication. This position is fully on-site.
