Senior Landscape Architect

Our client is a specialist, design-led landscape architecture practice launching a new studio in New York City. With an established team of around eight professionals and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality landscape architecture, they are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to lead this exciting expansion. This is a unique opportunity to establish and grow the NYC studio while helping shape the future of the practice. The Role As Studio Lead, you'll lead projects from concept through delivery while working closely with the leadership team to grow the New York office, strengthen client relationships, and drive business development. Project sectors include: Higher education and university campuses Ecological restoration Courtyards and public realm Golf clubs and recreational facilities Schools High-end residential Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the New York studio. Oversee projects through all design stages. Build strong client and consultant relationships. Maintain high design standards. Mentor and grow the team. Support business development and studio growth. Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice. About You You will have: Strong design, technical, and project leadership skills. Client-facing and team management experience.
