How you'll make an impact in this role

• Direct daily operations and provide high-level oversight to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Assess and optimize patient access and flow, ensuring staffing levels meet real-time clinical needs.
• Strategically delegate tasks based on staff core competencies while monitoring performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to refine protocols and ensure team alignment.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and auditing projects to proactively identify and close gaps in care.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
