At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we're looking for a dedicated DMS Instructor to inspire students and help them build successful careers in healthcare.
In this role, you'll deliver engaging, real-world instruction while creating a supportive, student-centered learning environment that drives success.
What You'll Do
- Deliver competency-based instruction aligned with CHCP curriculum and standards
- Design and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement
- Provide personalized instruction and evaluation to support student achievement
- Foster a positive, dynamic classroom environment that promotes learning
- Offer timely feedback and mentorship to support academic and professional growth
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Participate in faculty meetings and campus initiatives
- Integrate real-world sonography experience into the classroom
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in a related field (required)
- Required registries: AB, OB/GYN, and RVT
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time sonography experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Proficiency in lesson planning, organization, and classroom management
- Experience with instructional methods and educational technology (preferred)
- Highly organized, confident public speaker, and passionate about education
