The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
- Identify and address significant variances between actual sales and forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to optimize stock.
- Utilize demand planning software and statistical models to generate forecasts.
- Participate in S&OP meetings to present demand forecasts and gain consensus.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
- Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP).
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Experience in a high-SKU, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
