Senior Analyst - DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) Product Flow

Position Summary The Senior Analyst – DSCSA Product Flow is responsible for managing serialization and traceability exceptions, resolving DSCSA data errors, and ensuring efficient product flow of prescription pharmacy product across multiple business units. This remote role can be performed anywhere in the United States. Responsibilities Monitor and manage serialization exceptions using the TraceLink SCWM platform, ensuring timely investigation and resolution; troubleshoot CVS Health’s traceability and verification issues, escalating to trading partners as needed. Support the implementation of SOPs and compliance workflows for exception handling and traceability; maintain and update knowledge management records to align with CVS Health’s policies and regulatory standards. Act as a liaison between CVS Health’s internal teams and external trading partners (manufacturers, wholesalers) to address quarantine inventory issues and resolve exceptions. Assist in training CVS Health teams—Retail pharmacies, distribution centers, PBM Mail, PBM Specialty—on serialization compliance, exception management, and best practices. Support the development of systems and processes needed for ongoing exceptions management; stay current with DSCSA compliance milestones and provide input for process improvements and regulatory updates. Financial Scope of Work Minimize and eliminate the risk for financial penalties incurred due to DSCSA non‑compliance. Reduce the impact on working capital and waste caused by quarantined product, DSCSA‑data errors, and internal systems errors. Identify financial and operational savings opportunities arising from internal and external non‑adherence to standard pharmacy warehouse receiving procedures. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in supply chain, analysis, retail, or healthcare. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings and influence key stakeholders. Advanced analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills; ability to make data‑driven decisions under regulatory timelines. Proven experience in leading cross‑functional collaboration and building consensus across enterprise teams. Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving DSCSA regulatory requirements. Highly detail‑oriented with strong focus on accuracy and completeness. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proven track record managing queues and driving process improvement across large organizations. Ability to influence outcomes, mediate conflicts, and guide teams to resolution in high‑stakes regulatory environments. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience in exception management, triage workflows, and issue resolution within high‑volume, high‑urgency environments. Familiarity with DSCSA requirements, serialization, and traceability compliance across all business units (distribution center, PBM, retail, etc.). Knowledge of typical pharmacy and warehouse product flow and workforce. Hands‑on experience with TraceLink or a similar DSCSA compliance platform. BA/BS in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Broad supply chain and/or store operations experience. Prior experience with Tableau or other BI tools. Highly motivated and a natural problem solver. Prior database experience, preferably utilizing SQL. Experience developing analytical tools, templates, financial/statistical models, or process flows. Education High School Diploma or Verifiable GED. Pay Range $46,988 – $112,200 (annual).
