A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Bilingual Call Center Banking Specialist in Jacksonville, FL. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a stable full-time schedule and paid training.

Pay & Details

• Pay: $26.00/hour
• Type: Direct Hire
• Location: Onsite — Jacksonville, FL
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Training Start Date: Monday, July 6, 2026
• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Post-training: Various 1st and 2nd shift schedules may be available
• Flexibility required: May include weekends/holidays

What You’ll Do

• Support clients via incoming calls related to credit and short-term lending
• Ask probing questions to understand needs and recommend solutions
• Assist with card servicing while identifying appropriate sales opportunities
• Resolve customer questions/concerns and provide customized support
• Help fulfill banking products (may include credit cards, lending, checking/savings )
• Refer clients to licensed partners when needed
• Follow risk/compliance procedures using available tools
• Deliver a strong customer experience through active listening and clear communication

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish (required)
• High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of call center and/or banking experience plus sales experience
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Strong communication skills (plain language, rapport building, objection handling)
• Comfortable with feedback/coaching, change, and learning new technology
• Strong organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Financial services experience
• Inbound/outbound contact center experience (phone/chat/video)
• Upselling/cross-selling or telephone sales experience
• Personal banker experience supporting high client volume
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focus
