Impactful Community Justice Case Manager (REACH/LEAD)

Evergreentreatment is seeking a Community Justice (LEAD) Case Manager to provide outreach and intensive case management to individuals facing low-level drug offenses. This full-time position is based in Seattle, requiring Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM availability. The ideal candidate will engage participants, assess their needs, and assist them in accessing essential services.
