Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a commercial real estate portfolio in Irvine, California. This Contract position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can balance tenant satisfaction, financial oversight, and operational performance in a fully on-site environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial property management experience and the ability to serve as a trusted point of contact for owners, tenants, and vendors.Responsibilities:• Direct daily management activities across commercial, industrial, and retail properties while maintaining strong tenant relationships and high service standards.• Lead and support on-site property management and engineering team members, including performance oversight, coaching, and development.• Prepare monthly financial packages, track property performance, and help develop and manage annual operating budgets.• Oversee billing and collections processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, rent collection, and operating expense recoveries.• Interpret lease terms and ensure lease administration activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.• Manage third-party vendors through the bidding, contracting, and procurement process while monitoring service quality and cost effectiveness.• Coordinate tenant occupancy changes, including move-ins, move-outs, and improvement projects, to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption.• Perform routine property inspections, address operational issues proactively, and support emergency preparedness and response efforts.• Serve as the primary representative for the property owner or client, providing clear communication and responsive issue resolution.
