Litigation Paralegal

Location : Remote, California (Firm based in Los Angeles, CA) Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour Job Type: Contract or Contract to Hire, Remote, Full-Time or Part-Time LHH is working with a Los Angeles based law firm in seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This is a contract position with the possibility of converting to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have over 3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably with knowledge of California Lemon Law, consumer warranty law, and auto manufacturing litigation. Candidate must be California based. Responsibilities Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including correspondence, agreements, and pleadings Conduct full-spectrum trial preparation, from beginning to end, including discovery and assembling trial exhibits Support attorneys in discovery processes by gathering facts, interviewing clients, and summarizing depositions Assist in preparing deposition and trial exhibits Manage communication with clients, witnesses, and third parties to gather essential information for case development Perform legal research as needed Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of California litigation experience required Experience in Lemon Law or consumer warranty litigation, especially involving auto manufacturing, is a plus Strong drafting and proofreading skills with high attention to detail Proficient in discovery processes, trial preparation, and legal documentation management Ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain excellent communication with the team Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
