Senior Litigation Paralegal, L&E Defense

Prestigious national law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their Labor & Employment group in Century City. This position offers a generous hybrid schedule of 4 days working from home and only 1 day in the office each week. Key Responsibilities Prepare, format, and electronically file legal documents, pleadings, and court submissions. Manage case calendars, deadlines, hearings, and digital case files. Serve as a remote liaison with clients and coordinate case communication and materials. Compile and organize discovery, exhibits, evidence, and motion‑related documents. Support trial teams, settlements, and case closure, with limited onsite support as needed. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting. Qualifications Paralegal certificate or associate‑level paralegal studies preferred. 7+ years of paralegal experience required; employment or labor law experience strongly preferred. Must live in California and be able to appear onsite as needed. Compensation and Schedule Compensation: $100k - $120k depending on experience. Schedule: 1 day in the office, 4 days working from home each week.
