We utilize state of the art systems and offer a comfortable hybrid work option. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role supporting a fast paced litigation practice that handles both plaintiff and defense matters. What You’ll Do: Support attorneys with both pre-litigation and litigation matters. Assist in the preparation of demand packages, complaints, and answers. Draft and respond to discovery requests and assist with motions, briefs, and trial preparation. Review and summarize medical records. Manage court filings (state and federal), including e-filing procedures. Coordinate mediation, MSC, and trial preparation tasks. Strong knowledge of California and Federal Civil Procedure and court rules. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Prolaw is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to handle high pressure situations gracefully.
