Contracts Paralegal

Responsibilities Manage the administration of the review, analysis, proofreading, and redlining of agreements Leverage company AI tools and implement AI strategies to enhance contract review process and identify areas for AI efficiencies Ensure the maintenance of contract templates in computer system; update contract templates as needed Draft and negotiate terms and conditions for simple contracts Safeguard the maintenance of contracts database Interact with clients and participate in the contract negotiation process Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues Liaise with other departments to ensure contractual terms and conditions are acceptable and serve to minimize risk Work with internal teams to enforce and train on proper contract procedures Manage requests for proposals Responsible for company-wide training on proper contract procedures Ensure all processes are documented and updated regularly Track authorizations and correspondence Exercise independent judgment to ensure that the dissemination of information is made to appropriate employees regarding contract status Provide appropriate reporting to management as needed Provide contract summaries as requested and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy Perform other administrative tasks requested by manager Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a corporate office managing contracts or working in the legal field Legally eligible to work in the United States Exceptional customer service skills; able to support both internal and external customers Proactive customer service Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies Adept at handling interruptions and multi-tasking during high-volume periods Excellent computer skills, including CRM systems, ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft CoPilot Good organization and communication skills Must be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
