Employment Litigation Associate

Overview Jackson Lewis P.C., a law firm focused on employment and labor law since 1958, invites applications for an Associate Attorney to join its Riverside, CA office. Duties and Responsibilities Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges. Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations, including class and collective actions and cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non‑compete claims. Provide support for class action/PAGA matters (experience preferred but not required). Skills and Educational Requirements JD from an ABA‑accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 4–6 years of experience, preferably in employment law. Current California Bar admission in good standing. Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills. Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $207,500–$225,000, with annual bonuses.
