Position Overview As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you’ll report directly to senior attorneys and partners, managing complex litigation matters in both state and federal court. The position offers a diverse caseload and meaningful responsibility in all stages of litigation. Key responsibilities include: Conducting and defending depositions Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery Performing in-depth legal research and analysis Communicating directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Supporting trial preparation and strategy Managing deadlines, court filings, and case timelines in a fast-paced setting This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from both the Orange County and Los Angeles offices, depending on your location.
