Senior Litigation Associate

Position Title: Senior Attorney – Litigation or Real Estate Transactional (Hybrid / Orange County) About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of an elite, full-service Orange County law firm seeking a Senior Attorney (5–10+ years) specializing in Commercial Litigation or Real Estate Transactions . Position Highlights Manageable Workload: 1,700 billable hour requirement. Direct Financial Rewards: Earn $100/hour for every billable hour logged over 1,700, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus ($5,000 – $15,000). Primary Responsibilities Manage complex legal matters in either Commercial / Business Litigation or Real Estate from inception to resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and transactional agreements with high precision. Represent clients in depositions, arbitrations, court proceedings, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas in a full-service environment. Engage in business development and client origination activities (supported by firm resources). Qualifications Experience: 5 to 10+ years of practicing experience in Commercial / Busniess Litigation or Real Estate law. Licensure: Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Drive: Ambitious attorney seeking high autonomy, long-term growth, and business development potential. Location: Based in or near Orange County, CA (able to attend office 1 day/week and appear in court locally as required). Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $280,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
