Labor & Employment Associate Location: San Francisco, CA or Silicon Valley, CA A leading global law firm is seeking a 2nd-5th year Associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in Northern California. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated employment litigation and counselling matters within a highly regarded national platform. The role offers exposure to single-plaintiff litigation, class and collective actions, investigations and advisory work for major employers. Key Responsibilities Represent employers in labor & employment litigation matters Support class and collective action disputes Handle single-plaintiff employment litigation matters Assist with workplace investigations and employment counselling Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal memoranda Conduct legal research and support overall case strategy Who You Are 2nd-5th year associate Experience at a large law firm Background in employment law and/or general litigation Strong academic credentials Excellent research, writing and analytical skills Experience with employment counselling, investigations and class actions preferred Federal judicial clerks completing terms in 2026 encouraged to apply Active California Bar membership required Compensation Salary Range: $235,000 - $310,000 (DOE) Benefits: Comprehensive compensation and benefits package including bonus potential, 401(k), medical coverage and parental leave #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Of: Professional Services
