We are a growing cloud-based platform seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our legal team. You will support our Sales function and focus on customer-facing SaaS agreements and revenue-driving initiatives across our global operations.
Job Title: Senior Commercial Counsel
Location: Remote (PST)
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 (+ Bonus)

We are a growing cloud-based platform that seeks a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our legal team. You will support our Sales function and focus on customer-facing SaaS agreements and revenue-driving initiatives across our global operations.
Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and DPAs
Support "Request For" processes, renewals, expansions, and customer audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal input for RFPs and security questionnaires
Maintain contract templates and support legal operations tools (e.g., contract repository, legal helpdesk)
Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards
5-8+ years of relevant work experience in private practice or in-house legal roles
Familiarity with reseller agreements and other cloud-based technology offerings
Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations
