Senior Sales Account Manager

Develop and execute account strategies to grow business with North American hyperscalers, cloud providers, system OEMs, and data center customers. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across optical transceiver solutions, including 800G, 1.6T, and next-generation products. Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity development, customer qualification, RFQ/RFI response, commercial negotiation, and order execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across engineering, procurement, infrastructure, and executive teams. Collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing, Applications Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to support customer requirements and successful product delivery. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to provide insights for sales strategy and product roadmap development. Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and account activity tracking through CRM tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or technical sales within optical communications, cable & connectors, semiconductor, networking, or data center industries. Proven experience engaging with North American hyperscalers, cloud providers, system OEMs, or data center customers; Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex customer engagements.
