Surgical TechnologistWe are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in surgical procedures and possess a commitment to patient care within a fast-paced environment.ScheduleVaried shifts between 6:30 AM to 7:00 PMOn-call requirements as neededKey ResponsibilitiesAssist surgical teams in preparing for and conducting surgical procedures.Ensure the operating room is sterile and properly equipped for surgeries.Maintain surgical instruments and assist with their handling during procedures.Monitor patient needs before, during, and after surgical procedures.Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to provide optimal patient care.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist within the specialty.Current AHA BLS certification is required.Certification as a Surgical Technologist from NBSTA or NCCT is preferred.Holiday RequirementsCandidates must be available to work on two major holidays from the following list: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and one minor holiday: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve.Additional InformationWe are looking for a dedicated professional who can thrive in a challenging environment and contribute positively to our surgical team.
