We're Looking For A: Opportunities available on 1st shift $22+ per hour Our Award-Winning Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for no cost on employee-only plans; 75% of premium coverage when enrolling dependents Employee Stock Ownership Plan 401k retirement contribution and company match up to 3.5% 10 days of paid vacation, 6 days of paid sick time Unlimited room for growth Free coffee machine that makes espresso, mochas, lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, and more Brand new vending machines full of snacks, sodas, energy drinks, and more What You'll Be Doing: Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in combos/vats according to predetermined sequence Fill requisitions, work orders or requests for materials and distribute to production areas Record amount of materials or items received or distributed Operate forklift and automation system to move product throughout the manufacturing plant, including moving raw material to production floor and finished goods to packaged storage Clean and maintain equipment, tooling and workspace area Protect employees and company safety and security through reporting and stopping occurrences such as damage to product and/or property, theft, product tampering and questionable behavior Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.): High school diploma or GED equivalent Prior material handling experience and experience operating powered industrial vehicles Constant walking, standing, bending and stooping and bending Frequent lifting of items up to 20 pounds Ability to work in an environment with cold temperatures and a wet environment Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work in a team environment Click here to learn more about general internet safety and our hiring practices.
