Job Summary: Avir at Wichita Falls is seeking a qualified Business Office Manager Assistant to join our family! We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can assist with various business office functions, including accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial, and medical records. Responsibilities: Assist with daily business office operations, including billing, insurance, and patient billing inquiries Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronic and paper-based Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and internal stakeholders Collaborate with the Business Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations Perform tasks as assigned by the Business Office Manager Qualifications: High School diploma Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience preferred Benefits: Competitive compensation Daily Pay - access your earned wages before payday!
