Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, accounting, administrative tasks, and employee support. The ideal candidate will have management experience and hands-on experience with payroll and/or accounts receivable.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily office and administrative operations.
Handle payroll and/or accounts receivable duties.
Manage invoices, payments, deposits, and financial records.
Supervise and support office staff and daily workflow.
Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and timekeeping.
Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and general office needs.
Answer phones, assist customers, and handle questions professionally.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
Manager or supervisory experience required.
Payroll and/or accounts receivable experience required.
Previous office or administrative experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
