Paid Field Marketing Intern-Community Outreach (Part-time position)

LingoAce is seeking a motivated recent graduate or early-career professional to join our team as a Paid Field Marketing Intern – Community Outreach. This role offers hands-on experience in local marketing, community engagement, event promotion, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The intern will support outreach activities throughout New York City by engaging with parents and families, distributing promotional materials, supporting community events, and tracking campaign results. This is a part-time position. Key Responsibilities Support field marketing and community outreach activities across New York City Distribute promotional materials and engage with parents and families Introduce LingoAce programs and collect interested leads Assist with event setup and promotional tables Track outreach activity and share feedback with the team Qualifications Strong spoken English and interpersonal communication skills Outgoing, approachable, and confident engaging with people from diverse communities Interested in gaining hands-on experience in field marketing, community outreach, lead generation, and customer engagement Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently Able to travel to assigned locations throughout New York City using public transportation Legally authorized to work in the United States Previous experience in promotions, customer service, retail, sales, event outreach, campus activities, or other public-facing work is a plus What You’ll Learn How local field-marketing campaigns are planned and executed Community outreach and face-to-face customer engagement techniques Lead generation and customer-acquisition fundamentals How to track outreach activity and evaluate campaign results Professional communication, event support, and brand representation Work Schedule and Location: Weekday availability during after-school hours, typically 3:00 PM–7:00 PM Occasional weekend hours required as needed.
