Instructional Assistant - 2024-2025 School Year Location: Englewood, Boulder, JECC Campuses Reports To: Program Director, Lead Teacher Status: Non-Exempt Salary: View Salary Matrix Responsibilities Collaborate with classroom staff and specialists to implement student programs. Support students in independent living, hygiene, and community-based instruction. Collect data and implement treatment plans with fidelity. Attend clinical meetings, staff trainings, and home visits. Assist with assessments, IEP/BIP preparation, and progress monitoring. Prepare materials and lead group activities. Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment. Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies (CALM). Ensure compliance with school, DHS, and CDE policies.
