Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Senior In-House Litigation Attorney Epic is seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team based in Madison, WI. The position requires relocation to the Madison area, and we provide full financial relocation assistance. In this role you will manage complex litigation, counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators. Qualifications you will need include a JD, a strong academic and professional background, and experience in civil litigation—drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus. We also require that you have an eye for detail, a creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills, and that you are willing to become fully relocated to Madison, WI, where relocation reimbursement is provided.
