We're looking for a hands-on Service Manager to lead daily operations in a busy heavy-duty truck shop, overseeing a team of 9 technicians . This role is responsible for driving shop performance, developing technicians, and delivering a strong customer experience. What You'll Do
- Manage daily shop operations, workflow, and technician productivity
- Own P&L performance, including labor sales, efficiency, and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and diesel technicians
- Ensure quality repairs, warranty compliance, and OEM standards
- Build strong relationships with fleet and external customers
- 7+ years of heavy-duty truck/diesel experience
- 3-5 years of service leadership or shop management experience
- Strong understanding of shop operations, billing, and efficiency metrics
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
- Valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL preferred)
- Established, growing network in the heavy-duty truck industry
